Tulashipur, March 21: It has not been found that there is a price list in the shops of Tulsipur market in Dang. Although there is a provision to keep a mandatory price list in the shop, this has not been done, said Rekha Sen, Head of Consumer Interest Protection Branch, Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan Municipality. He said, “We have monitored many shops in Tulsipur. Most of the shops did not have a price list.”

He said that the shops that do not keep the price list are asked to keep the price list. He said that consumers should get information about the price list and it is going to be made mandatory. He also said that during the monitoring, expired Sagamri is also found. Stating that expired ingredients have a lot of impact on human health, shop owners should pay attention to this matter.

During the monitoring, some shops were found to be operating without registration and such shops will be sent to the relevant authorities for registration, he informed. Lately market monitoring has been intensified in Tulsipur.
